It’s finally time for Valentine’s mini sessions 🥹 

As the unofficial biggest fan of Pride & Prejudice (2004), the season of Love is an absolute favorite for me!! I can’t wait to capture you & your valentine’s! So here’s the scoop: I’m putting together a date for you & your valentine, all you have to do is show up looking stunning (as you always do) and go on a little picnic date! These mini’s are perfect for couples, small families, and couples with fur babies!

I had so much fun putting this experience together, and I really hope you all love the idea as much as I do! 🥹🫶🏼

✨things I would tell you (as your wedding photographer) if I weren’t afraid to hurt your feelings✨

It seems counterintuitive, telling yourself that your wedding day won’t be perfect, but it’s the truth!! It will be the most perfect day of your life, but the day itself won’t be literally perfect. Let me be the one to tell you a hard truth: something will go wrong the day of your wedding. Big or small, something will make the wedding day not perfect. A comment from a family member, someone stepping on a veil, any number of things! But I promise you, this is encouraging. If we expected perfection, the pressure would be unbearable, the thought of having to have the perfect everything is STRESSFUL!!

The way to combat this and not have a huge breakdown on your wedding day is to ✨expect imperfection✨. The best way to mitigate disappointment and a meltdown is to set realistic expectations. Don’t get it twisted, your entire wedding team will do everything in their power to make your special day as perfect as humanly possible, but we are only humans after all. Even the most experienced planers and photographers can’t see some things coming, but we all show up as prepared as we possibly can be.

WHEWWW!!

This year has been such a fulfilling one. Thank you SO much to every single client who trusted me to capture their special moments. I’m so eternally grateful to have discovered and pursued my dream career at such a young age.

The Lord is faithful, and this year has proven that. Couples who never thought they’d get the joy of parenthood, welcomed babies into their families. Gals who prayed for their husband, got to meet them this year. Celebrations were had, events were hosted, and so much more that can’t be described in so few slides.

I can’t imagine doing any of it without my backbone, cappuccino maker, and best friend. Steven, thank you for your help and encouragement, for learning the skill alongside me and struggling with me.

What an amazing year, I can’t wait to see what 2026 holds. Thank you so much much for following along, I can’t wait to see you for your next session!! 🥹🫶🏼

In your 20’s, many will tell you to move on. People will say there are too many photographers, that there’s no money to be made in this field. It’s so so so important that you don’t listen to them. Because i didn’t listen, and photography has brought me the opportunity to love and capture so many memories for other people. I’ve captured weddings and pregnancies, newborns and families with grown children, and so many couples. The feeling of capturing so many stories is indescribable and irreplaceable. When I say it’s an honor, I mean it. I couldn’t dream of a better job, and the fact that it supports my life is a blessing. Pursue the dream job because it’s fulfilling, and there’s nothing else like it.
