I don’t think party photos get nearly enough love on the grid and I would like to rectify that.
Marlene & Mahmoud’s wedding was my last for the year and it was a PARTY!!! Between the mariachi and what an awesome way to blend both of their cultures, it was dancing nonstop AND I LOVED IT!!

Norway with Nick & Malina was a literal dream 🥹 it was so special to be able to travel to Aurland and capture my friend’s elopement. There were a lot of concerns about the weather and rain but we got really lucky! We got to spend the whole day walking around and exploring Aurland to find the picture perfect spot for them to exchange vows 🥹 ❤️

Woo proposed to Britt on Sunday while they were visiting Portland from New Orleans—and pulled it off perfectly. They had both of their moms and Britt’s brother there as a surprise, hiding nearby. Woo’s mom even scouted the park ahead of time and set up the sweetest little spot with flowers and baby’s breath. Britt had no idea what was coming, and yep—she said yes. It was emotional, intentional, and just really damn sweet.

Have you ever greeted a book you’ve read in a bookstore like an old friend? Same. But have you ever been kissed like the heroine of a fantasy novel while surrounded by said books? Vanessa has. 🔥📖✨

For their downtown Portland engagement session, we wandered through Powell’s, and they immediately made a beeline for the fantasy section (because obviously). Between stolen kisses and reenacting the most swoon-worthy book tropes—like that face-grab-and-kiss moment—these two gave me full romance novel energy.

Sometimes, you just have to pivot but it all works out. Things were a little stressful when the judge that was supposed to marry Allegra and Jeff cancelled TWO DAYS before their scheduled elopement.
BUT we rallied, I sent over a list of some locations we could pivot to, and we landed on Laurelhurst Park during the last light of the day. It perfectly matched their vibe.
Yesterday was my last wedding for the year and now in flying down to California to spend the holidays with family. Now maybe I’ll be a little better at sharing on insta again lol
