//BIZARRE INCIDENTS//
On August 21 at around 9pm a caller reported he was walking his dog in the area of Rockingham Plaza when a man started yelling at him and an altercation occurred. The caller believed the man lives out of his vehicle behind the building. SPD units arrived on scene and spoke with the suspect who was identified as being from Manchester. After speaking with the suspect and witnesses the scene was cleared pending investigation.
On September 4th, around 4pm, a caller reported that her son was walking home from school, when a man inside a white van behind Rockingham Plaza called over to him and asked him to take a picture with his phone. Police spoke with the suspect who appeared to be the same individual from August 21. The man was subsequently trespassed from the property.
On September 5th, around 1:25pm, a caller reported a suspicious man in a white van was in the Staples parking lot watching people with binoculars. SPD units responded and spoke with the same individual. About an hour later, a caller reported a man outside Kelly's Roast Beef was yelling at cars driving by. SPD again spoke with the man who then left the area.
