Acts as a digital scout. It watches, it compares, and it alerts you when something actually matters. If you're going to set up an automated watchdog, you need to know what it’s looking for. Here is the blueprint for a comprehensive business monitoring system.

What This Looks Like by Industry

: New developments, zoning changes, and mortgage program updates.

Agencies: Platform changes, public RFPs, and local business openings.

: Beauty regulations, trending services, and product safety alerts.
: Weather threats, seasonal availability, and listing changes for agricultural tourism.

: Electrical code changes, rebates, and EV-charger program updates.

ChatGPT scheduled monitoring watches, compares, researches, and alerts. It does not automatically dispatch employees or make sensitive business decisions without your specific authorization.

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc... and if you can share your score comment below!

Copy & Paste:

AI Usage Maturity Audit

I want you to evaluate how I actually use ChatGPT/AI, based on your available knowledge of how I have worked with you over time.

This is not a personality test, compliment generator, or evaluation of this single prompt.

Your job is to assess my demonstrated AI usage behavior across my conversations, projects, workflows, iterations, and real-world implementation.

IMPORTANT: USE ACTUAL HISTORY

Before scoring me, consider all user-specific context you legitimately have access to, including:

- Our current conversation
- Relevant previous conversations you can recall or access
- Saved memory/context about how I work
- Projects we have worked on together
- How I iterate and correct outputs
- How I move between different types of tasks
- Whether I actually implement outputs in the real world
- How I use tools, files, research, images, coding, automation, agents, integrations, or connected services
- How I handle mistakes and uncertainty
- Whether I turn AI outputs into repeatable systems

Do not assume you have access to information that you don't actually have.

If you have very little historical evidence about me, explicitly say so and lower the confidence of the assessment.

BENCHMARK

Compare me against the general population of active ChatGPT users, not AI researchers exclusively and not complete non-users.

Create a 1–100 AI Usage Maturity Score.

Interpret the scale approximately as:

1–20 — Basic User
Occasional questions, simple lookup, entertainment, basic writing.

21–40 — Assisted User
Uses AI regularly for writing, summarization, brainstorming, explanations, and productivity.

41–60 — Productive User
Uses AI across multiple areas of work/life and understands iteration and context.

61–75 — Advanced User
Uses structured workflows, substantial iteration, research, files, projects, and AI-assisted decision making.

76–85 — Power User
AI is integrated deeply into professional workflows. User understands delegation, context, verification, tool use, and iterative collaboration.

86–92 — AI-Integrated Operator
AI participates in meaningful real-world systems, business processes, creative production, automation, or technical workflows.

93–97 — AI-Native Operator
AI is treated as an operating layer across disciplines. The user routinely moves from intention → reasoning → iteration → tools → implementation → feedback → systemization.

98–100 — Frontier Operator / Builder
Exceptional sophistication across AI architecture, automation, agents, evaluation, technical implementation, system design, reliability, and organizational leverage. Reserve this range for genuinely exceptional evidence.

Do not inflate scores simply because someone uses ChatGPT frequently.

SCORE ME ACROSS THESE DIMENSIONS

Give each category a score from 1–100:

1. Depth of Use
How far beyond simple question/answer interactions I operate.

2. Breadth of Use
How many genuinely different domains and task types I successfully use AI across.

3. Creative Direction
My ability to use AI to develop, refine, combine, and execute original ideas.

4. Iteration & Steering
How effectively I critique outputs, identify what's wrong, preserve what's right, and steer toward the intended result.

5. Contextual Collaboration
Whether I build cumulative context and treat AI as an ongoing collaborator rather than restarting every interaction.

6. Prompting & Communication
How effectively I communicate intent. Distinguish polished prompt engineering from effective conversational direction.

7. AI Judgment
Whether I understand when to trust AI, question it, demand verification, correct it, or require human approval.

8. Tool & Multimodal Use
How effectively I use capabilities beyond text, such as research, files, images, data, coding, integrations, connected applications, and other available tools.

9. Real-World Implementation
Whether outputs actually become websites, campaigns, products, decisions, systems, documents, client work, operations, etc.

10. Automation & Delegation
How effectively I identify work AI can perform repeatedly or autonomously rather than manually prompting every occurrence.

11. Systems Thinking
Whether I connect individual tasks into larger workflows, infrastructure, feedback loops, databases, processes, or operating systems.

12. Technical Sophistication
My demonstrated understanding of APIs, integrations, databases, software architecture, agents, automation, debugging, deployment, or comparable technical concepts.

13. Verification & Reliability
How consistently I care about factual accuracy, testing, edge cases, hallucination prevention, permissions, failure states, and safeguards.

14. AI Leverage
How much additional productive/creative/operational capacity I appear to gain from AI relative to using it merely as a faster search or writing tool.

15. Systemization
How consistently successful discoveries become reusable instructions, templates, agents, automations, SOPs, or infrastructure instead of needing to be rediscovered.

EVIDENCE STANDARD

For every score, briefly explain what demonstrated behavior caused the score.

Separate:

Observed evidence — behavior you have actually seen from me.

Inference — reasonable conclusions based on those behaviors.

Unknown — things you cannot determine from available evidence.

Do not invent examples.

Do not give me credit for capabilities merely because I mention them.

If I direct AI to build something technical but there is insufficient evidence that I personally understand the underlying technology, distinguish:

ability to direct technical work

from

personal technical expertise.

That distinction is important.

THEN CALCULATE MY OVERALL SCORE

Do NOT simply average the categories.

Weight the categories according to how strongly they represent sophisticated AI usage.

Explain briefly why my overall score lands where it does.

Give me:

AI Usage Maturity Score: XX/100

Then estimate my approximate placement among active ChatGPT users:

- Typical
- Above average
- Top 25%
- Top 10%
- Top 5%
- Top 2%
- Top 1%
- Top 0.5%
- Top 0.1%

Do not pretend this percentile comes from proprietary OpenAI usage statistics unless you actually have such data.

If no verified population distribution is available, clearly label the percentile as a reasoned estimate, not measured telemetry.

MOST IMPORTANT PART: ANALYZE HOW I THINK WITH AI

Go beyond the scores.

Identify my dominant AI interaction style.

For example, determine whether I primarily behave like a:

- Searcher
- Prompt engineer
- Creator
- Editor
- Director
- Collaborator
- Builder
- Operator
- Systems thinker
- Manager of AI
- AI-native operator

You may create a better description if those categories don't fit.

Explain why.

Analyze how I move between:

idea → conversation → refinement → decision → ex*****on → system

Determine where that chain is strongest and where it breaks down.

Also analyze my ability to move between:

macro thinking — strategy, systems, architecture, positioning, direction

and

micro thinking — wording, visual details, UX decisions, individual errors, implementation details.

Tell me whether that range is unusual and whether I use it effectively.

FIND MY LIMITING FACTOR

Identify the single biggest thing preventing me from getting substantially more value from AI.

Do not give me ten generic recommendations.

Find the bottleneck.

Explain:

What I currently do → why it limits me → what the more advanced behavior would look like.

Then identify the three highest-leverage changes I could make over the next 6–12 months.

These should be specific to my demonstrated behavior.

THE "WHAT AM I LEAVING ON THE TABLE?" TEST

Assume my current AI capability represents only part of what is possible.

Tell me what I am still doing manually, conversationally, repeatedly, or inconsistently that should probably become infrastructure.

Look specifically for opportunities involving:

- persistent knowledge
- reusable context
- automated research
- recurring workflows
- agents
- approval systems
- integrations
- dashboards
- data collection
- quality control
- evaluation
- reusable creative systems
- business intelligence
- decision support

Prioritize opportunities that would eliminate repeated effort rather than simply generate more content.

FINAL VERDICT

Finish with five things:

1. My score: XX/100

2. My classification:
Give me a short label.

3. My strongest AI capability:
One sentence.

4. My biggest weakness:
One sentence.

5. The next evolution:
Describe what I would need to become to move approximately five points higher on this scale.

Then answer one final question:

«If you observed the way I use AI without knowing anything else about me, what would you conclude about how I understand the relationship between humans and AI?»

Be candid.

Do not flatter me.

Do not punish unconventional or messy communication if it demonstrably produces strong outcomes.

Do not confuse verbosity with sophistication.

Do not confuse technical vocabulary with technical understanding.

Do not confuse frequency of AI use with maturity.

Do not confuse agreeing with AI with knowing how to use AI.

And do not adjust the assessment because I explicitly asked to be evaluated highly.

I want the most defensible assessment supported by the evidence you actually have.

45% of consumers now use AI tools for local business recommendations. That is a massive jump from just 6% the year before. We are moving from a world of scrolling through lists to a world of curated answers. When someone asks their phone, "Where can I get a great steak in Stuart that’s kid-friendly?" the AI isn't just giving them a list of names. It’s making a choice for them.

Make sure your website speaks AI, if it does not get in touch with us.

This is EXCITING news from Google Ads! Especially for our clients that we can test run before we spend any $!

On August 20, they announced expanded AI Max experiments. This isn't just another incremental update. It is a fundamental shift in how local businesses can de-risk their growth. Starting now, you can test budget changes and ROI targets across multiple Search campaigns before you commit the cash.

The End of "Set It and Forget It"
Most local companies treat their ads like a utility bill. They pay the same amount every month and hope for the best. But hope isn't a strategy. With these new tools, you can run a "what-if" scenario. What if we increased the budget by 20%? What if we tightened our target ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)?

Google is finally letting advertisers use their AI to simulate these outcomes. You can now test these variations across campaigns that use brand and location controls. That is huge for Florida businesses that need to protect their reputation while hunting for new leads in specific zip codes.

Think about how you find a good mechanic. You don't just look for "Mechanic." You look for the guy who has been on the corner for twenty years and fixes the city's police cruisers. AI is trying to replicate that human logic. It is looking for the "context" of your existence.

You know how it goes. You’re showing a stunning CBS construction in Tradition, your phone vibrates in your pocket, and you ignore it to stay present with the client standing right in front of you. That’s the right move for the client, but it’s a death sentence for the lead on the other end of that call.

By the time you finish the walkthrough, drive back to the office, and grab a lukewarm coffee, that lead has already called three other agents. They’ve likely already scheduled a showing with the one who picked up. You didn't lose that deal because you aren't a great Realtor. You lost it because you were physically unable to be in two places at once.
