Sometimes Plan B turns out to be pretty damn perfect. ❤️

This proposal was supposed to happen on the beach.

The weather had other plans. 🌧️

Luckily, I had already arranged a backup with my friend Juliana at The Hollander. When the rain finally started, I sent Lucas to the hotel, where the staff was ready for us.

He proposed to Jess.

Then their moms came out to surprise her. One of them was leaving town that night, so this moment couldn’t wait for better weather.

The Hollander brought them ch*****ne, welcomed the whole crew, and somehow turned a completely chaotic proposal into one of the sweetest nights.

Juliana Juliana Villamil, you saved my ass. 😂❤️

And to : thank you for welcoming us in, and letting us take over a little corner of your hotel to celebrate. 🥂💍

Getting called the day before to go to TradeWinds and hang out with these 2 moms and their adorable kiddos 🤩

Honestly, I love these 30-minute resort sessions at TradeWinds. I get to live vicariously through vacationing families for a little bit AND prove that those 'free' photos can go right in the trash can. 😂❤️👍
