Giving some old vinyl records a new life! 🎶💿

A little behind the scenes vs. what the camera sees. 🎥

Decided to switch things up for this wedding and shoot entirely handheld. No gimbal, just the camera, a little creativity, and capturing the moments as they happened.

Really enjoying the freedom and flexibility of shooting this way!

A question you may not think to ask your wedding videographer…

“What’s your backup plan if something goes wrong?”

Weddings only happen once. There are no retakes for the ceremony, first kiss, first dance, or speeches.

When you're looking for a wedding videographer, ask how many cameras they use for the important moments of your day, but also ask what their backup plan is if something unexpected happens.

For the key moments of a wedding day, I typically have 3–5 cameras recording from different angles, along with additional cameras available as backups if needed.

Multicam coverage isn't just about making your wedding video look better. It's also about being prepared. Multiple angles give me more options when editing and provide additional coverage throughout those important moments.

So when you're comparing wedding videographers, don't be afraid to ask:

“What’s your backup plan?”

It’s a simple question, but it can tell you a lot about how prepared your videographer is for your wedding day.

As we wrap up another busy season here at Valor Media Productions, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on what has been an incredible five weeks.

In the past 5 weeks alone, we've had the privilege of capturing and creating content for 26 different projects and events, including:

🎓 1 Graduation Ceremony
💃 17 Dance Recitals
🎬 3 Behind-the-Scenes Shoots
💍 1 Wedding
📱 3 Monthly Social Media Clients
🤼 WAR Wrestling's Hall of Fame & Anniversary Show

And that was just the production side of things!

Behind the scenes, we've also completed 48 reel-to-reel tape transfers, with more than 100 tapes still waiting to be preserved and digitized.

To all of our clients who trusted us to tell your stories, preserve your memories, and promote your businesses, thank you. Your support allows us to do what we love every day.

Now it's time to catch our breath, catch up on editing, and get ready for the next season of projects. We wouldn't have it any other way.

Thank you for supporting local small business.
