Quiet moments like these make it easier to breathe deeper, slow down, and appreciate how peaceful nature can be. When the world can seem so crazy, nature brings me joy.

An American Mink swimming across the lake on its journey to the beavers' lodge. For about a week, I saw the mink almost every morning I was at the lake. I'm not sure if it was living in the top of the lodge as it seemed to be taking leaves and things back into the top of the lodge.
