This one is very vulnerable…
I go through seasons where I really second guess this side of me.
I’m not a full-time photographer, I️ wouldn’t even consider myself a part-time photographer, and sometimes life gets so busy that my camera just sits there… and I wonder if I’m slowly losing that part of myself. Like maybe the passion is fading.
But then I pick it back up.
And I get invited into something as meaningful as a wedding day, surrounded by so much love, emotion, and once-in-a-lifetime moments, and something in me just lights back up. I don’t know if it’s the energy in the air or the weight of what I’m capturing, but it reminds me exactly why I started.
This one meant a lot.
To Isaac & Ilissa: thank you for trusting me with something so big. It’s never lost on me what an honor it is to document a day like this.
Feeling really grateful, really inspired, and honestly excited to keep going 🤍
