My family and I moved to St. Augustine just six months ago. Never in a million years did I think I’d be standing in front of 1,500 people watching a film that we created. The craziest part? We pulled it all together in just three months.
But my favorite part of this entire experience wasn’t the premiere—it was the incredible people I’ve met along the way. The friendships, the stories, and the opportunity to work alongside people who cared so deeply about honoring Dale’s legacy.
Dale “Snort” Snodgrass, I never had the chance to meet you. But after hearing the stories, talking with the people who knew you best, and putting this film together, I feel like I got to know the kind of man you were. A legendary pilot, an incredible leader, and someone who left a lasting impact on everyone around you.
Thank you to everyone who trusted me with this story. This is one I’ll never forget.
