As part of AREAA's 2026 Three-Point Policy Plan, one of our key advocacy priorities is expanding language access for families navigating the homebuying process.

Many homebuyers face challenges understanding mortgage documents, housing programs, and real estate transactions when information isn't available in their preferred language. By supporting stronger language access protections, AREAA is advocating for greater access, transparency, and opportunity for all.

Because homeownership begins with understanding.

Across the nation, AREAA - Asian Real Estate Association of America chapters are coming together to serve, uplift, and give back to the communities we proudly represent every single day. It’s inspiring seeing the incredible impact being made nationwide — and AREAA Greater Sacramento was proud to be part of it right here in our local community!

This year, AREAA Greater Sacramento joined Sacramento Association of REALTORS®, NHORA - Greater Sacramento - Advocates for Housing, and Rebuilding Together Sacramento for this year’s Rebuild Day. 💪✨

From painting and repairs to beautifying the property grounds 🌿, every volunteer played a role in helping transform a deserving home. Rain or shine, the teamwork, heart, and community spirit behind today was truly powerful.
