One of my favorite things about a Mendocino elopement is how much variety you can experience without spending your whole day driving.

S + B celebrated with their family beneath the redwoods, explored the coastline together, enjoyed dinner on the wharf, and ended the day watching the sunset on the beach. Every part of the day felt different, yet everything was just a short drive away.

We have some exciting news over here… 💕

We’re welcoming a baby girl in early November, and we absolutely can’t wait to become a family of four! It already feels like such a sweet new chapter.

Watching Jaden step into his role as big brother has been one of our favorite parts of this journey. Every day he asks how much his baby sister has grown, loves tracking each new week (and making sure I know what trimester we’re in 😆), and is already so proud of her. He’s just the cutest!

Thank you to everyone who’s celebrated this season with us. We can’t wait to see what 2027 has in store. ✨

Traveling for your elopement is part of the adventure, but a little preparation can make a huge difference.

One of the biggest pieces of advice I give my couples is to arrive a couple of days early. It gives you time to settle in, explore the area, and actually enjoy where you’ve traveled instead of feeling rushed. Plus, you have a buffer with any potential travel delays.

From choosing the right place to stay to downloading offline maps before heading into remote areas, a few simple steps can make your experience so much smoother.

Their adventure began in Muir Woods. They enjoyed the winding walkways and read letters from family on a quiet trail.

After they headed to the coast for sunset, private vows, cake cutting and a dance!

It was the most magical evening!
