I was flabbergasted when the Apple service rep suggested that I contact Uber to find out what the problem was. Why would I contact Uber? I never hired them. Apple did super frustrated with them, but since I need a laptop… And it must be an Apple product I’m going to pick up my new laptop in person.

Essentially the Uber driver who picked up my laptop from the Apple Store, then decided they didn’t want to do the delivery which then canceled my entire order and caused a lot of hassle. Not the greatest idea to offer this service of delivery if there is a high chance of your a very expensive orders being canceled due to a flight driver.
