A Note to Our Community About Newborn Photography in Our Local Hospitals
We wanted to take a moment to clarify how our program works. Especially with the new building opening up in the next few weeks.
Bell Grace Photography started April of 2024 is the only photography company that is contracted, credentialed, and badged to provide newborn photography services in BOTH of our local birthing hospitals. AND WE'RE LOCALLY OWNED.
Our photographers have completed all required hospital credentialing and are approved to work directly within the maternity units to safely photograph your newest little love.
Here's what families can expect:
Bowling Green's Birthing Hospital
We are there every single day of the year, including weekends and holidays.
Glasgow's Birthing Hospital
We are physically there three days each week, but we are also on-call to serve families.
If we did not see you it's because,
• A baby is being discharged before our day is started
• A baby has spent time in the NICU
• A family may not have appeared on our daily patient list
Mainly NICU families and families stuck in L&D often do not automatically appear on our visit lists, we work hard to ensure every family has a way to reach us.
That's why QR codes are posted in Labor & Delivery and Postpartum rooms at both hospitals. If you have not seen us yet and are interested in newborn photos, simply scan the QR code and contact us directly.
We also want to address another common concern:
Our priority is always the well-being of mothers and babies. We understand that after delivery, you need time to rest, recover, and bond with your newborn. If you are sleeping, receiving care, or spending quiet time with your family, we may leave information for you rather than interrupt those important moments.
Our passion is preserving those first precious moments with care, patience, and safety. We consider it an honor every time a family trusts us to capture their baby's first professional portraits.
If you are ever unsure whether you want newborn photos, our advice is simple:
There is absolutely no obligation to purchase anything. We photograph your baby, create a beautiful gallery, and your images are placed in a private, secure online gallery for you to view. You can decide later whether you would like to purchase images, there is never any pressure.
Thank you to the families who have welcomed us into your rooms and trusted us with some of your most treasured memories. We are incredibly grateful to serve our community and look forward to continuing to document these beautiful beginnings for years to come.
