So thankful that Hashim's mother, Shafaq, reached out to me month's ago to photograph her second child's newborn session. I first worked with the Ejaz family upon the birth of their first child, Hanna, who is now a beautiful 2 year old! I love my wonderful return customers who keep coming back year after year, and I love watching their families grow! The Ejaz's home is very cozy and calming with natural tones of browns, creams and blues. I edited this session according to the inspiration I took from the warm richness of color and culture in their home, the humble tenderness of his grandmother and parents, and from quiet little olive-skinned Hashim himself. Isn't he the most beautiful little baby boy you have ever seen?

My sweet friend Rachel and her family welcomed Charley Rose last week! My daughter, Catherine, is good friends with Tenley -Charley's oldest sister! We were so excited to visit our friends at the hospital, and of course I brought my camera along! Enjoy!

This was the first newborn I have photographed in a while, and it was so much fun! Ella Ruth was just 4 days old when I got to spend my morning getting to know her. She was an absolute angel during her session! She has the most beautiful complexion! And aren't her lashes beautiful?!

What a beautiful, elegant wedding this past weekend in Glasgow, Kentucky! I loved every minute of working with this charming southern couple. Austin and Morgan, you two are so in love and such a joy to be around! I am looking forward to finishing up your wedding soon!!
