The details of a space aren't just fun extras, they are the small parts of a larger whole. My favorite spaces to be in are the kind that give you a feeling the moment you walk in, and Livingston County Therapy Collective's space in Geneseo is one of them. From the front window all the way to the decor in the bathroom, this is not just an office--it's a safe place to just be a person, to explore mental health, and to heal and grow. Congratulations to Jen Schwytzer, LCSW for dreaming this into existence, and on officially becoming a main street business last week! ✂🎀

When you hire Sweet Home Photography as your event photographer, your gallery will include everything from the small details to the main event (swipe to the end for receipts 🙃). While I am there to capture WHAT happens, I am always more interested in capturing how it ✨feels✨. Congratulations to my friends at Episcopal SeniorLife Communities for not only throwing a fantastically organized event and opening a beautiful new space, but for so obviously creating a community rooted in genuine caring and connection. I loved capturing these moments ❤️

Since March, Sweet Home Photography has been partnering with , a Seattle-based company that was founded to support people living with memory loss and their caregivers. Aegeliss makes labels for familiar spaces and routines to help individuals maintain independence at home, and also creates beautiful puzzles designed to promote engagement and social connection. I have so enjoyed photographing these products in action over the past few months--many thanks to my friends at some local-to-Rochester communities who have volunteered as models and made the process so much fun 🤩💜
