There is nothing I love more than the beautiful sceneries our mother nature creates, with some human connection in the form of love mixed in ❤️

Nature provides us with the most beautiful backdrops, wherever we are in the world. I'm thankful I have the privilege of documenting my couples in such beautiful places. It's a superb combination☺️

Our dogs deserve professional photos as much as we do!

I had so much fun this morning in the Studio with Lyssa, her sister, and her beautiful 3 German Shepherds!

It may have taken lots of treats, what felt like a whole box of string cheese, and some tangles and laughs, but we managed to capture stunning images of everyone!

For now, I wanted to share a quick sneak peak with you all :)

This is why hiring a professional who has backups for their backups is so, so important!

I'm going to make a whole separate post about all the backups that I think every wedding photographer should have, but for now I just wanted to share this story.

Because the situation I'm in rarely has a happy ending. I've seen it countless of times, and if I'm being 100% honest, lived it when I first started my business.

So if you're hiring a photographer for your wedding/elopement/ insert-event-you-cant-recreate here... Please please make sure they are professionals who understand the importance of backups❤️

Sometimes the small, intricate details, are just as important as the whole scene.

Indian and Pakistani weddings will always hold a special place in my heart! The traditions, the bold colors, and of course, the mouthwatering sweets haha, and did I mention all the sunning colors!? always get me so excited!

This photograph was taken at a Mehndi Ceremony, which takes place the night before the wedding as a way of wishing the bride good health and prosperity into her marriage. Everyone sings together, plays music and drums, and feeds the bride dessert, and it's women only. No boys allowed, other than the little kiddos haha. It's such a beautiful celebration to get to witness, full of so much love and joy❤️

For the last year, we have been focusing on curating experiences for our clients that allow you to be more present, try new things together, and in turn create core memories and emotions that bring you closer together.

With that, I realize that sometimes all we want is a last minute date night that is not just the typical Netflix and DoorDash, or our one go-to activity.

Sometimes we want to switch things up and try something new… but that requires researching what Rochester even has to offer and a whole lot more work than you currently have energy for.
