Titan tough - Yesterday, the Hidden Valley Titans Boys Tennis team (seeded 5th) battled their rival Cave Spring Knights (seeded 3rd) for the Division 3D Regional Championship. They fought hard for every point but lost 5-4. The team should be proud of their efforts especially since they took down #1 seed Abingdon enroute to the championship match. The Titans will go to the state quarterfinals since the top 2 teams from each division advance. Good luck, Titans!

It's graduation day! Congratulations, Caleb! This young man is not only known for his academic prowess but also his kind heart. Caleb has been a Special Olympics volunteer for the past few years. He helped coach basketball and enlisted other high school volunteers for the Big Feet Meet. For his Eagle Scout project, he built a storage shed for Special Olympics athletic equipment. Wishing him all the best as he heads to Georgia Tech in the fall.

Treble Makers recital - The kids put on a captivating performance under the guidance of their amazing teacher Candace Blair. They were all so poised on stage, and they did a wonderful job. Loved that each of the students got to select their own walk-out song - everything from the Pokemon theme to the Mission Impossible theme.

Sarah - Knights Class of 2026 - It's always so special to take pictures of former students especially as they achieve milestones. Of course, Sarah may not be thrilled that I dug through my archives to find pictures of her when she was in my class. 😀I used to call her Sarah Sparkle because she loved wearing sparkly shoes to school, and she always brought a sparkle to my day. Sarah has not lost her sparkle as you can see from the pictures from her photoshoot.
