I was honored to be asked to photograph this spooky Halloween wedding. I’ve known DJ since he was a student at Ripon College. He had just completed his freshman year when I started my career there, and our paths have crossed at numerous alumni events through the years. I’m happy he and LaRae have found that special love that deserves a celebration with rings and vows and Beetlejuice and an assortment of friends and family in costume. May your union last through this lifetime and into the ghoulish next.

Time for another Senior Sunday. This week features Natalie, a senior at Valley Christian in Oshkosh. Natalie requested an evening shoot under the lights of historic Ripon Main Street, Inc.. Of course Patina Vie provided the magical background she desired.

From “Smells Like Nirvana” to “Eat It,” the King of Parody pulled out all the stops. But our writer discovered that sometimes even the tastiest musical treats are better enjoyed in smaller portions.
