On Saturday, May 30th, an epic event took place at the Molly Pitcher Inn; the wedding of Sophie and Peter; a party so big that even the tent on the promenade could barely contain the enthusiasm of the throngs of willing party guests. The family went all out with a classical quintet at the ceremony, a jazz quartet at the cocktail hour (and a half) and the 5 piece Lost in Paris band, whipping everybody into a rock, pop and R&B frenzy into the night.
Yes.... there was a white dress (actually 2), a bouquet and a cake but - man oh man - was there ever a party!
Lucky for us, Sophie and Peter came up for air more than a few times to allow us to photograph some precious moments together. What a night! Wherever they are now, I am sure the party is still going on. Thanks so much to you both for the invitation.

What an honor to photograph Sarah and Dalton's wedding at Pan Restaurant in Brooklyn. We have known the bride since she was a few years old and have seen her grow up into a beautiful and talented young lady. They had a very unique vision for their day from the choice of venue to the details - even though the rain was not part of the plan, we were able to adapt and get some great shots at the restaurant that graciously let us come early! They are both musicians and gave a couple of perfomances during the party along with their talented friends and family.

Alena + Lucio. 4.25.26. Pouring rain and navigating a busy hotel did not dampen anyone's spirit on their amazing wedding day. They were surrounded by their son and friends and family during the emotional ceremony officiated by the bride's brother and rocked out on the dance floor with a great band. Congratulations!

Well, another year is slowly coming to a close! Thanks so much to everyone who made it so successful for Liz and I and our business, McKay Imaging Photography. BUT, it's not over yet!
