We made a quick trip to visit our friends in Idaho this weekend and had the best time! A perfect end to summer magic!

Our big event was a visit to Zoo Boise. It’s such a great zoo for young kids!

We took a break to sit and of course Rose had to make a fairy house with her friend. She makes fairy houses everywhere she goes. 🧚🏡

Quinn says Scott his his best friend and has told me several times how much he misses him since we left. It’s hard to leave a house that has an endless supply of monster and fire trucks. 🚒

I loved getting to snuggle with the babies and hanging out with my friends! ❤️

The coolest part of our visit to the zoo was the lions, who were walking around and looking right at the glass.

Nathan is the best host and always makes great food when we come! Burgers, chips and homemade salsa, crème brûlée!

The kids picked raspberries and made their own jam in the backyard.

So much fun crammed into only 2 days.

We love to stop at Storybook Park in Burley, ID when we come this direction. It feels like going back in time.

We love visiting our friends in Boise! Until next time! ❤️

A family session doesn’t have to be just smiling at the camera until your cheeks hurt. It can be games, playing in the sand, splashing in the water, dancing, running, holding each other. The things we don’t always make time for but that fill up our hearts and souls. Let me be a fly on the wall while your family has the best time just being together!
