Yup, a small apartment space. We were in the living room AND the kitchen all at once!

But with these photos you can’t even tell

Why would I even think of doing a photoshoot in such a small space?

Because expecting parents love the convenience of being home.

It doesn’t matter how big or small of a space we’re in, the photos will turn out stunning!

Yes, we may have to pivot slightly and I might have to step inside of a closet for the shot 😅

But it doesn’t take away from fue experience they get to have at home

Hair and makeup, wardrobe, accessories, the full studio set up. All comes to them and they LOVE it

Why motherhood photography?

It’s deeply personal for me.

Motherhood began for me at 21. It completely rocked my world.

I went from getting a taste of adulthood to diving feel in the trenches of motherhood.

Friends stopped inviting me places, doctors appointments took over my schedule, my body was changing faster than I could process

Post partum felt like hell

The excitement of pregnancy was gone, the “friends” stopped checking in. I felt alone and like I was drowning.

It wasn’t until I hit 2 years post partum that I could look back and truly admire that version of myself.

The baby bump, the newborn bubble, and most of all my new baby.

I chose motherhood photography because I want to show mothers how beautiful and important they are WHILE they are going through it.

Not after

I know it’s hard, I know that it feels like you are slowly losing yourself to this new version.

I want to show you how beautiful you are and how special it is to become a mother 🥹

Each client I work with is like writing a love letter to myself.

How I speak to you, how I treat you; that’s exactly what I wanted myself when I was in that stage.

I have a passion and love for what I do.

Not my usual content but my best friend is getting married 🥹

What a privilege it is to photograph all the milestones of your closest friends!

Natalie has been around since the day I picked up my camera!

From the random photoshoots to graduations and birthdays

Now her engagement photos and one day her maternity and newborn photos 🥹

God knew we needed each other and this friendship of ours is a blessing I will never take for granted 🤍

I love you bestie! 🫶🏼

And to Cam, thank you for loving my best friend! She is so special!

I can’t wait to celebrate you both on your big day! 🥹🤍
