I often get asked if my Seniors should wear all their cords for their cap and gown photos and my answer is always HECK YES!! You earned all of them and you should wear them proudly!

I have had SO many impressive Seniors this year and I can't believe they're almost done!

SDOHS Class of 2026

This has been such an incredible season and I've been able to work with so many amazing Seniors! There's just something extra special about documenting these memories and hearing about their future plans and adventures. For a short 90 minutes I get a quick glimpse into their lives, hearing about all their accomplishments (lots of smart kiddos with all their GPA cords!) and it's so rewarding and FUN!! I feel so lucky to do what I do!

When it's graffiti walls you want, it's Roosevelt Row we go!

If there's anyone I can "wing" a shoot with, it's this guy! We didn't know exactly where we were going when we arrived but he wanted authentic art and I wanted good lighting. We put both of those together and voilà! The magic was made!

Just delivered this gallery and I couldn't wait to share! Third year with the Neubauer Family and I love how these turned out! Kate wanted something a little more unique and loved the textures and old western vibe and this location hit the nail on the head!

And an added bonus...we got to take photos with their new puppy Archer!! ❤️🐶

As I was putting this post together, my son leaned over and said, “Wow mom, those are some really nice looking photos.” I said, "Thanks bud, I really appreciate you saying that, this is what people hire me to do!" I then mentioned this was my friend’s daughter, Ava, and he replied, “Oh wow, she’s really pretty!” 🤩

Honestly, that pretty much sums up this session. It was nearly impossible to choose which images to share...every single one was beautiful. Ava, you were an absolute dream to photograph… and you even got Weston’s stamp of approval too 😉.
