A whimsical golden-hour evening with a beautiful soul, her sweet Bambino, and a book full of heart. 📖💛

I had the absolute joy of photographing Lyn to celebrate the release of her first book of poetry, “When the Moon Meets the Sun”. There’s something especially magical about getting to capture someone in a moment that marks the beginning of a new creative chapter—and this shoot felt every bit as beautiful, warm, and dreamy as Joselyn herself.

So honored to have been entrusted with capturing these memories, and so excited to see her words out in the world.

Some people seem to drift into your orbit over and over again. ✨

Karla of Damselfly Moon Healing Arts is one of those souls. We’ve crossed paths through Silver Moon Curios more than once, and with both of us carrying strong Pisces energy, it feels like our waves are always finding each other again.

Photographing her in her beautiful healing space—a cozy room wrapped in deep, moody walls, soft fairy lights, and the dreamiest window light—felt like stepping into a deep exhale. We spent as much time talking about the energy grid reading she gave me for my birthday as we did making photographs, and it reminded me why I love what I do.

Photography has a way of opening the door to connection, and every session leaves me with a story.

It was such a pleasure connecting with recently for some quick headshots while she was visiting our office in Austin! ✨ We were aiming for corporate casual and I’d say we absolutely understood the assignment. Between the gorgeous office space serving up endless backdrop options and a subject who made being in front of the camera look effortless, this quick session came together like magic. 🙌🏻
