One of the best parts about booking family photos while you’re staying at the beach? It’s SO easy. No loading everyone into the car, no rushing to make it somewhere on time, and no stressing about unfamiliar locations. Everyone simply got ready at the beach house, walked outside, and we captured these memories right where their vacation was already happening.

The relaxed atmosphere always makes such a difference in photos too, kids are more comfortable, parents can actually enjoy the experience, and the session feels more like quality family time than a big production. From sandy toes to sunset snuggles, this session was full of genuine moments and sweet memories they’ll always have from their vacation together!

I love creating sessions that feel personal and tell a story about who you are right now . . . your personality, your hobbies, your style, the things you love most. Bring your guitar, books, flowers, sports gear, records, camera, skates, favorite outfits, or anything that feels like you. These sessions are less about stiff poses and more about capturing your personality in a beautiful and creative way!

Honestly, the more unique and meaningful the props are, the more special the session becomes.

I first photographed this beautiful family when they were a family of three, while mom was pregnant with the new little one!

Princess Place never disappoints as a backdrop, but honestly, it's the people in front of my lens that make every session what it is. This family brought all the joy, all the snuggles, and all the realness. I am honored they chose me again to capture this new chapter.

There's nothing quite like getting a booking notification and seeing a familiar name pop up. Repeat families are honestly one of the greatest gifts this job has given me! I get to photograph milestones I didn't even know I'd get to witness when we first met. That's not just a client relationship, that's a privilege.

Photography has always been about preserving moments in time, but when families return year after year, I realize I'm not just capturing a moment, I'm documenting a life. Their life. Their growth. Their story.

To every family who has rebooked, referred a friend, or shown up again with little ones who are somehow even bigger than last time ...thank you! You are the reason I love what I do.
