A VIEW OF THE EIFFEL TOWER FEW PHOTOGRAPHERS ARE EVER ALLOWED TO CAPTURE.
Photographer Jeffrey Milstein took this image during a specially authorised one-hour helicopter flight over central Paris. Permission to fly at low altitude within the city’s inner ring is rarely granted.
Seen directly from above, the photograph reveals the Eiffel Tower’s upper platform, elevators and dense iron framework from an angle almost invisible from the ground.
