A quick note for all of my recent clients ❤️

I've received a few messages since announcing my creative sabbatical, and I wanted to reassure everyone that if we've already had your session, I'm still actively working on your images and galleries.

My sabbatical simply means that I am taking a break from accepting new photography bookings while I rest, refocus, and work behind the scenes on some exciting changes for the future.

If you're currently waiting on your gallery, please don't worry—your images are important to me, and I'm continuing to edit and deliver all existing sessions. Thank you for your patience, kindness, and support as I finish up current projects and step into this new season.

A little life update... 💜

After much thought and prayer, I've decided to take a creative sabbatical from photography for a season.

This isn't goodbye—it's simply a pause.

Over the years I've had the privilege of photographing growing families, new babies, seniors, couples, and so many beautiful moments in between. I'm incredibly grateful for every person who has trusted me with their memories.

Right now, I feel called to step back, refocus, and rebuild with intention. I'll be spending this season refreshing my website, refining my vision, and preparing for the next chapter of Legacy Portrait Design.

When I return, my hope is to come back rested, inspired, and ready to serve you even better than before.

Fresh start, same heart 🤍✨

Lately, I’ve been feeling a shift…
a deeper pull toward **storytelling photography**—capturing not just images, but the moments, emotions, and connections that truly matter.

And in a way I didn’t expect, this season has led me to a fresh start online too.

Because of some past tech issues, I wasn’t able to reconnect my original Instagram to my photography page… and after trying everything, I’ve decided to begin again.
