Oh boy rough one here, tougher then expected (oh way tougher) , doing estimate everything covered with drywall dust. Oh my gosh didn’t realize some areas had 2-3 layers of tar paper on floor (old bathroom) but time and extra help made it possible. Also thanks to Bryce for pointers on tar paper lol.
Lot time but outcome is always worth it. May always have lot anger , frustration but when done it’s worth it to make customers happy 😊

2nd coat of poly, now wait couple days to dry fully then add 1/4 round to cover the gaps
