A little something different for me this weekend 🤍📸

For the first time, I get to step into the second shooter role and spend the day shooting alongside Jessica Ortiz

I’m usually the one leading the wedding day, so I’m honestly really excited to experience things from a different perspective — catching different angles, all those little in-between moments, and getting to learn along the way.

One thing about photography is there is ALWAYS room to grow, and I’m excited to take everything I learn back into my own wedding days. 🤍

Lex, you’ve been there through some of the best and worst parts of my life, and now I get to watch YOU become a mama. 💗 I seriously cannot wait to meet this sweet girl and watch you step into this new chapter.

Now we just need baby girl and daycare to cooperate so I can hopefully be there for the big day. 😂🎀

One day, they won’t be this little anymore. 🤍

Those tiny fingers wrapped around yours, the sleepy stretches, the way they curl up perfectly against your chest, and all of those quiet little moments at home that somehow go by way too fast.

That’s what I love about lifestyle newborn sessions. There’s no pressure for everything to be perfect. Your home doesn’t have to be spotless, and your baby doesn’t have to sleep the entire time.

It’s simply about documenting your family exactly as you are in this season.

Because someday, these photos will be more than just pictures of how tiny they were — they’ll bring you right back to how it felt to hold them when they were this small. 🥹🤍

These are the moments worth remembering.

Unfortunately, we didn’t receive enough bookings to be able to move forward with our Back to School Mini event on August 30th, so we’ve made the difficult decision to cancel.

We were SO excited about this setup and truly appreciate everyone who liked, shared, commented, and showed interest in the event! 🫶🏼

To anyone who booked — thank you so much for supporting us! Refunds have been issued in full. 🤍

Sometimes things don’t go quite as planned, and that’s okay!

We’re already looking forward to bringing you more fun mini session ideas in the future. 📸✨
