There’s just something about downtown that feels like home. 🤍

The familiar streets. The little businesses. The historic buildings. The places we pass a hundred times but sometimes forget to really see.

As a local photographer, I love finding beauty in the places that make our community ours. Downtown Oroville has so many little pockets of character, and I’m here for all of it.

I would be remiss if I didn’t include a few photos taken at the Oroville Inn! 🤍 They were hosting a wedding while we were there, so we were respectful and stayed out of the way, but I simply couldn’t pass up the opportunity to capture a few photos at this classic Oroville location!

Same pose. Three different interpretations.

I gave each senior the same pose, but each one interpreted it a little differently—and I LOVE that!

The little changes in expression, posture, movement, and personality are what make each image uniquely theirs.

Because senior photography isn’t about making every senior look the same. It’s about giving them direction while still letting their personality shine through. 🤍📸

There’s something timeless about a classic senior portrait—a beautiful location, natural light, genuine expression, and a portrait that captures who they are in this moment.

I love adding a little warmth to my photos. The beauty of photography is that sometimes the magic happens after the shutter clicks. ✨

Today we’re celebrating Taetum! 🤍

Taetum is intelligent, beautiful, and wholesome, with a heart that’s naturally drawn toward helping others. After graduation, she hopes to become a paramedic while also pursuing phlebotomy—a perfect reflection of her desire to make a difference when people need it most.

🐾 Fun fact: Taetum loves animals so much that she basically has a mini zoo at home! 🐶🐱🐰

Three words to describe her: Intelligent • Beautiful • Wholesome

What makes her unique: Her ability to know how to help people when they need it the most.
