I've known Kendra for years. She was actually a guest at a wedding I shot in Mexico many years ago.

And after working in corporate, she decided to take the jump into starting her own business and I am SO happy for her!

And so, Flex Fit Nutrition & Coaching has arrived! 🙌🏻

For her shoot we didn't want stuffy corporate headshot. We wanted to really bring out her fun personality while also showing what she does.

So that's what we shot, everything from her preparing healthy snacks to exercises and just being her amazing and hilarious self!

This my why...

Monday I closed my laptop and put my camera away and spent the day Valleyfair with my family 🎡

At the end of the day my Oura next ring said I'd hit over 23,700 steps. My back was sore, my feet were sore, I was sticky with sweat 🥵 (sorry, tmi 😆) and I had spent a decent chuck of money 😆

But I'd do it all again. After 15 years in business I'm learning that every day shouldn't be about hustling. And sometimes that's a hard reminder when you love your job.

But work should fit around your life. Not the other way around ✨

New Space, new energy but same heart behind it all 🤍

When Jenna reached out to me, she said she had a new clinic space, new staff and wanted to refresh her own images.

So we started at my studio with Jessie Tomme Salon Spa kicking off the morning helping the ladies look their absolute best.

We did headshots and team shots at the studio and then headed to the clinic for more shots of her beautiful new space.

Honestly, walking into Jenna Edwards you could just feel it. This is a place built for people to feel good in their own skin, whether they're 25 or 70.

And a few things stood out to me after my time with Jenna and her team.

This team genuinely LOVES what they do!

Their space was designed with their clients in mind, every single detail.

From body contouring to injectables to laser, Jenna, Emily and Danielle are doing the work of helping people feel confident and beautiful.
