Dirt bike edition.

One thing for sure, two things for certain...if your mom is your senior portrait photographer you are more than likely going to end up with endless sessions. I can't tell you how much each of my graduating sons thus far have loved that (insert sarcasm). The promise of images at one of their favorite places alongside a dirt bike does help over here ;)

There is something special about having a senior in front of you that you have known since the day they were born. Meet Breydan, my nephew...he just so happens to be one of those seniors. The Class of 2026 is pretty special for our family with two graduates (our third born son and his favorite side kick since day one).

Over the years Breydan has brought our family endless joy, lots of laughter, and reasons to be proud. He is polite, humble, patient, and beyond intelligent. He is an animal lover thru and thru and is slightly obsessed with his cats (they are equally fond of him

Happy One Week Anniversary to Mr. and Mrs. Johannsen!

Last Saturday I had the honor of capturing Trent and Laura's sweet winter wedding as they said "I Do" and celebrated alongside their families and friends.

Their special day had beautiful and meaningful touches that included Laura wearing her mom's ornate wedding gown and Trent receiving his grandfather's wedding ring (a surprise to him!).

Happy Wednesday KLP Friends!

I am coming your way this rainy afternoon with a little bit of sunshine for you to enjoy and HAPPY NEWS for my clients!!!

I am thrilled to announce I am caught up on my Editing To Do list and all client galleries have been delivered. If by chance you do not see your gallery in your Inbox, please check your SPAM folder (unfortunately, quite a few galleries continue to land in said location). If you still cannot find your gallery please reach out and I will be happy to send it your way again.

The next couple of weeks I will be popping in here and there to share additional sessions I have not shared yet this fall. I will be checking my e-mail and messages every so often so if you are in need of a Gift Certificate for the holiday season please reach out.

I am crossing my fingers that we continue to see snow in Northwest Ohio during the winter months and I am able to offer Snow Minis (so fun and pretty!!!).

Thank you for making this past fall a wonderful one and your continuing support of KLP. I am looking forward to spending the next couple of weeks with my loved ones during the holiday season before closing out 2025 with my final wedding of the year.

It has been a joy getting to know this family over the years thanks to friends of ours! Though it was a bit windy (we found a great area to "hide" in) we had a beautiful fall day to make Mom happy with her birthday gift of updated family portraits.

Little Miss is cherished by all her surround her and was a pure delight to have in front of my camera. She may have had a hand in some posing too, but you can't guess which picture 😉

**Please note these sessions MUST take place between January 15, 2026 and September 30, 2026. Half and Full Portrait Sessions may be used for up to one immediate family (does not include extended family sessions).

Payment Information!!!! Half of your discounted session fee is due at time of purchase with the remainder due the date of your session.

I wanted to hop on here for a moment and provide a little update!

There is something special about having a senior in front of your camera that you have known their entire life. Taylor is one of those seniors and she and her family will forever hold a special place in our hearts and be a part of our lives. Her dad (whom she is spitting image of!!!) is responsible for introducing my husband and I to one another. It has been a pleasure watching Taylor grow up over the years and it was a honor to capture this meaningful set of portraits.

Taylor knew excited where she wanted to head for her senior portraits and the Toledo Botanical Gardens was in all of it's fall glory the evening of our session.

Taylor, keep being the incredible human and hard worker you are! Uncle Eric and I are so proud of you and excited to continue to root for you in your next journey!
