I know I’m quiet on here these days, but I’m still here - ready to capture ever-so-quickly-fleeting moments for you and your family.
I’ve always had a nagging feeling that the “end” is just around the corner. As my oldest gets ready to head to high school next year, I’m trying to embrace the changes that this transition comes with. It’s harder than I ever thought it would be, but also the most rewarding thing I could ever imagine.
Looking through some old photos tonight I came across some images that stopped me in my tracks. I took these back in 2015 when I was just learning my camera and starting this photography journey. What I wouldn’t give for just one day back in that life 🩵
Don’t wait - to lose the extra 5 pounds you think you have, until your toddler is more “cooperative” (spoiler: it doesn’t happen 😜), until your schedule isn’t so hectic.

Before these days are in the past and your 3 year old Paw Patrol, baseball, and bagpipe band obsessed little boy is turning 14 and is soon off to high school.
