Sometimes I take my bra off for clients during sessions… and sometimes I forget my camera bag. 🤦🏼‍♀️😂

I mean, it’s all about balance, right?!

But HERE WE GO — another senior, another absolutely beautiful night! 😍 Senior season has been so dang good to me.

Morning light means getting a little creative when that sun decides to SHOW UP. ☀️😂 And honestly, we weren’t even mad about it because this poor girl had to reschedule SO many times thanks to all the dang rain!

Miss Olivia absolutely ROCKED her senior session. 🔥

At one point I told her, “Girl, I woke up this way!” 😂 Because sometimes my job isn’t just taking the pictures—it’s hyping these girls up until they start seeing what I’m seeing.

I’ll tell you you’re gorgeous.
I’ll fix the hair.
I’ll hype you up.
I’ll make you laugh.

And then somewhere along the way, the confidence kicks in and you don’t need me anymore. You OWN IT. 💃🏼📸

HAPPY FRIDAY! We made it through the week… and let me tell you, this week came with a FIRST.

Earlier this week, my senior was changing outfits and goes, “CRAP! I forgot my bra!”

And apparently I’ve entered a whole new level of customer service because without missing a beat I said, “Girl, I GOT YOU.”

And whipped mine off.

So yes… she wore my bra and I spent the rest of the session out there living FREE.

I guess you could say I was just supporting the amazing Dolly Parton… t**s at half mast for Dolly.

Listen, when I say I’ll do whatever it takes to get the shot, apparently I mean WHATEVER IT TAKES.

I am absolutely loving these seniors this year — and can we talk about how freaking cute her senior jeans are?!

Book the damn senior session. Bras apparently optional.

MILESTONE PICTURES! 📸

I know, I know… life is freaking BUSY. Who has time to plan outfits, get everyone ready and take pictures?!

Because those babies aren’t staying babies. The kids keep growing, life keeps changing and unfortunately… so do we. 😂 We’re getting old, people!

Miss Maddy, you ROCKED it! And Grandma’s flower gardens?! TOP. NOTCH. 😍🌸 Even though Grandma kept following us around saying, “Ohhh, I just need to clean this up…” 😂 Ma’am, STOP. It was perfect!

Maddy smashed the cake, we played in the flowers, and somehow I DIDN’T EVEN GET ANY CAKE. Rude. 😂

We had some FUN with this one! 😂📸

Do you know how hard it is to balance on a fence?! Because Addy does… she only fell off TWICE. 🤣 But guess what? You jump back up and do it all over again! And she absolutely ROCKED it.

But for real… FALL IS COMING! 🍂 If you’re wanting fall pictures, get on my schedule NOW before it gets crazy!

🎙️ HOLY CRAP… WE DID IT. BRAND BANTER IS LIVE!

I think sometimes in life we get so busy doing the things we think we have to do that we forget to do the things we actually want to do.

2026 has been a lot about changing that for me—focusing on what’s successful for my family, for ME, and for my business… and doing more of the things I actually freaking love.

And this is one of them. 🩷

I’ve wanted to do a podcast FOREVER.

Kodjo and I met through networking and quickly realized we have a lot of the same goals in photography and business… but our approaches could not be more different. 😂 And honestly, that’s what makes Brand Banter so much fun.

We’re talking photography. Small business. Social media. Websites. The wins. The fails. The stuff nobody tells you. And probably a whole lot of random s**t in between. 😂

Hopefully you laugh.
Hopefully you learn something.
And hopefully you hear just how much passion we both have for what we do.
