How does a flat file become the package you see on a bathroom shelf?

Before anything is printed or assembled, an approved design must become a precise production mechanical - a map of dimensions, seams, colors, white ink, foil, varnish, and other instructions the printer needs.

That invisible step is Pistol Studios’ specialty. We turn approved creative into print-ready artwork, manage separations and special finishes, and create proofing targets - helping catch problems before production begins.

The approved files then move to external printing and manufacturing partners.

Over the next few posts, we’ll reveal what happens between the design and the shelf.
