I got to step in front of the lens earlier this month with .nm, and holy moly, what a treat. Nina is masterful with brands and when I told her my vision I didn’t expect the result to be executed to such perfection. 🤍

Wandering Wies Girls Photography was built on the belief that there is beauty in every stage of life. Everything deserves to be captured, from the quiet, mundane days to the sessions that take weeks of curation. There are few people like Kat. She brings a level of wonder and whimsy to life that I deeply admire, which made us a perfect match from the start. She’s creative, bold, and entirely free-spirited.

We share a deep love for the simplicity of times past and the kind of nostalgia you can only find in old vinyl records and frolicking through the apple orchard you grew up on. All of which was discussed at length during her session.

It was a lovely honor to document someone so clearly destined to be a mother.

This is human-centered work. And I freaking adore these two. Friends doesn’t seem to cut it, and while she is technically a client I’ve known for years, those lines are constantly blurred and they kind of are with all of my clients. I wouldn’t have it any other way.

When your family grows, evolves, changes, I get as excited as if you were my own. No front teeth, new baby, graduations, weddings, the changing seasons?Everything is momentous and deserves to be documented.
