Does anyone else feel like the last day of July always brings a bittersweet feeling?

One minute you’re soaking up slow summer days, and the next you’re walking into every store to find Halloween decorations, your inbox is filling with back-to-school emails, and suddenly it feels like summer is slipping away before it ever really had the chance to stay.

As this month comes to an end, I’m choosing to leave it with a grateful heart.

Even on the hard, heavy days, I never stopped showing up. This month took something from me, but it also gave something back. It reminded me just how thankful I am to do what I love. To every new and returning family who trusted me to document your memories this month—thank you. Your support means more than you’ll ever know.

As I step into August, I’m choosing progress over perfection. Presence over pressure. Slow moments over constant hustle. Because these ordinary days are the ones that quietly become the memories we wish we could relive.

Here’s to soaking up what’s left of summer and remembering that time is the one thing we can never get back. 🤎

Motherhood is pure art.

There’s something so breathtaking about those skin-to-skin moments before your second baby arrives. A mother’s body—holding both life and love all at once. It’s raw, intimate, and nothing short of extraordinary.

Maternity beach sessions will always have my heart. Add in the sweetest little island boy, and I’m completely undone.

This was my second year attending Jordan’s Moon Mama Shootout, and once again, she brought the magic. I’m forever grateful for the opportunity to create alongside so many incredible artists. Experiences like this are the sweetest reminder of just how quickly this season of motherhood slips by—and how important it is to preserve it 🌊

I use to think the last day of school was just another day- until I became a mom.
Now I see what it really is.
A quiet goodbye to a version of your child you’ll never get back.
The ones who lived in routine, who wore the same backpack all year, and came home with little stories every day.
Next year will bring a new version of them. And that’s the beautiful, yet heartbreaking part.
Motherhood is just a collection of “last times” that we don’t realize are last times until they’re gone 🥺🤍🎓
