Proof that beauty can be found in any corner - in bridal dresses on the floor getting ready to be worn, in flowers that are close to wilting but still giving their all, in getting ready with your best friends and being caught in the middle of a conversation.

This was my first photographing at The Gardens Of Cranesbury View and wow, every aspect of this venue took my breath away.

I bumped into the owner at the start of the wedding day and she was incredibly kind and welcoming, explaining a little about what she has done with the space and how she has been heavily influenced by architecture in France.

As someone who has spent some time in Italy + Spain over the last few years, I can attest that this venue transported me right back to feeling like I was in the middle of that beautiful scenery.

Ashton and Adam celebrated their day with their closest people, extremely excited to just start their life together in their marriage.

I’ll forever look back at these photos and gallery with awe and hope to revisit this venue so soon 🤍

My approach to wedding photography lives somewhere between letting things unfold exactly as they are and knowing when to step in and give a little guidance.

I’ll let you live your wedding day without turning it into an eight-hour photoshoot. But I’ll also fix the flyaway, fluff the dress, tell you what to do with your hands, find the good light, and absolutely let you know if something looks weird. We’re not keeping that information to ourselves over here lol.

You don’t need to know how to be “good” in front of a camera. That’s my job.

Most of the time, I’m observing, anticipating, and probably getting way too excited about the tiny things happening around me: the hand squeeze under the table, your mom watching from across the room, the friend already crying before you’ve even made it down the aisle.

And somewhere in between all of that, I’m also the person hyping you up, keeping things calm when the timeline gets a little chaotic, laughing with your people, and doing whatever I can to make being photographed feel like the least important thing you have to think about.

I want you to be present. To laugh loudly, hug for a little longer, dance until you’re sweaty, and actually experience the people you brought together.

I’ll take care of remembering what it all looked like.

Documentary at heart, intentional when it matters, and always leaving room for the day to feel like yours. 🤍

Sharing an entire wedding in chronological order with such limited space is a struggle 🥲 which is why I barely do it, but here I am, stepping out of my comfort zone and showing you a summary of a beautiful wedding this past spring (with so many more photos to come). The vendor team was magical, the weather cooperated to make our dreams come true and my couple was ethereal - all of it while being surrounded by an amazing support system🤍

How about we go back and do it all over again??
