After much deliberation, I’m drawing the line.
I will no longer be posting identifiable images of children’s faces on my page.
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit ruled on August 25, 2026, that the First Amendment protects the private, in-home possession of entirely synthetic, AI-generated child sexual abuse material (CSAM) as long as no real child is depicted.
AI has to get data for faces somewhere, and guess where it pulls it from? The internet.
That is my enough is enough point. I have already made all my content of my children private, and am actively removing all posts on my page with children’s faces visible.
Yes I will still absolutely photograph family sessions, they will just be marketed and shared in a different way.
The safety of my children and yours is my priority before my business. 🫶🏼
For an example of what you can expect to see of family session on my page, see the next post on my page.
