Sometimes you just need alone time in the forest with your favorite trees.
These coast redwoods (Sequoia sempervirens) are a marvel. It’s incredible how hardy they are and how they can sustain micro environments within their own branches. It’d be an absolute dream to climb one someday like National Geographic researchers and see what can be found far above the ground (also because it’s hard getting good and unique images from the below. Haha). For now, I’ll just deal with the kink in my neck from constantly looking up. 😁🌲
