The bluebird house is a bit taller than me so when I check on the eggs or babies I have to put my phone inside and snap a pic. We started this nest with 5 eggs and I wanted to see if all were still viable. The last ones had one that didn’t make it. I went to check last night. The mom and dad mostly leave the nest around dusk. I always tap on the birdhouse in case mom or dad might still be there. If they are they quickly leave. The mom and dad seem to know and trust me and are not aggressive toward me. I fight off the birds who try to take over their nest (super soaker water gun), so I think they know I’m not going to hurt them. I reached in last night and snapped a pic. I was surprised to see my photo and find mama sitting on the eggs. She never moved. Didn’t seem afraid. I wouldn’t have disturbed her if I’d known. Hoping all 5 eggs are viable. 🥰❤️🙏🏻

It's always exciting to see the final product when a client puts one of my photos on the cover of their magazine. I love photographing all the beauty around Tennessee and especially close to home. We have some of the most beautiful farms and land in/around Fairview. And, oh those Tennessee skies and sunsets. 😍
