Meet Jazzy 🤍
With her 10th birthday coming up I had the honor of capturing these special photos for her!!
Jazzy has Wolf Hirschhorn Syndrome, a rare genetic condition that affects about 1 in 50,000 births ! Many people including myself have never heard of before.
Many children with this syndrome face unique challenges, but they are often incredibly loving, social, and full of light. They communicate in their own beautiful ways and truly capture the hearts of everyone around them 🤍
Jazzy’s strength, her sweet presence, and the love her mama has for her deeply touched my heart 🥹
Her life is a beautiful reminder that every child is created with purpose, deeply loved, and held in God’s hands 🤍 🙏
