I have photographed families along the South Carolina coast for years, and DeBordieu Colony continues to be one of my favorite locations. The driftwood, beautiful natural light, and peaceful stretch of beach make it such a special setting. But what I love most about sessions like this is seeing families genuinely enjoying their time together.

From the garden ceremony to the soft blue bridesmaid dresses and the reception beneath the Spanish moss, this wedding had such a timeless Lowcountry feel. An absolutely beautiful day to photograph.

A little change of scenery brought me to Pinehurst, North Carolina, for the sweetest family session.

I always love getting the opportunity to travel for my clients, especially when it means spending an evening with a beautiful family, watching the kids explore, and capturing all the little moments in between.

The soft light, open fields, and everything about this evening made it one of those sessions I couldn’t wait to share.

So grateful this family trusted me to make the trip from Myrtle Beach to document this season of their lives.
