But in all actuality, Spring truly has been a time of rebirth for me (wow, Spring a rebirth? Groundbreaking I know).

Delving into books while taking my walks outside, learning new concepts & ideas, and subsequently journaling about them. Treating wellness as ritual, not routine thanks to expert coaching from and treating my overall progress as a whole (mind, body, & spirit) as something soft, without any defined boundaries & unnecessary pressures, not aggressive or diminutive, just allowing myself to be.
