A small change to my photography page effective immediately:

The 7th Circuit Court of Appeals just ruled that privately possessing AI-generated CSAM depicting “fictional” children can be constitutionally protected when it stays within the home. I’ve made the decision that I will no longer be posting photos of children/minors on my photography page no matter if a consent/contract was signed.
I absolutely LOVE photographing your babies, kiddos, and families, and that will not be changing! 🤍 You will still receive your full gallery just as you always have. This simply means that images featuring children will remain private and will not be shared publicly on my business page.
As a photographer and a mom, protecting children and respecting their privacy will always come before having another photo to post for my portfolio.
Thank you so much for understanding and supporting this decision. 🤍📸
