Last April I went in for my first baby doctor appointment, new doctor, new experience, new hospital. Was told “I’m so sorry but I don’t see a heartbeat”. My mom is an ultrasound tech, so I was able to see the heartbeat the week before. I have no idea what happened or why. When I lost that baby, everything in my mind changed. It does something to you. We decided we would try again but I was terrified. It took 9 months of negative test after negative test, and I thought maybe it just wasn’t God’s will. Then, right before Mother’s Day, I had a positive test finally. ❤️ This pregnancy has kicked my butt too, but that’s because this baby is doing so perfect and growing exactly how it should be. In about three weeks we will know gender so stay tuned!

Yesterday I sweated it out with some of my OG favorites for belated Mother's Day pictures! First of all, HUGE shout out to the Mizell family for allowing me to come out every time I ask! This is the most requested location, as you can probably see why. I had so much fun with this family even if we were all drenched in sweat by the end of it. From couple sessions, to wedding, to birth announcements, and family pictures. Ethan and Kaylyn are always so much fun to work with and be around. Last night I know poor Kaylyn was discouraged because sweet Adelyn was not in the best of moods. Which, can happen with toddlers for sure lol. I assured her they left with good images, even if they didn't go as they had hoped. Check out the Mays family🥰

I absolutely can not. Is she not the cutest thing!? I am obsessed. Her mom brought the cutest, most sweetest duck to this shoot and then asked if I wanted him at the end. Which, of course I did....But...husbands. Luna is turning one and she is so happy about it! 😍

Hey everyone! Quick update!

I know you guys are so excited to have your galleries delivered just as much as I am excited to deliver them! BUT- I’ve been asked by multiple people when their school galleries are coming, and, usually it takes me around two weeks and that would be this week. I’m working on Little Rascals Pittsburg right now! So they’re coming!! I promise. My husband and I are also youth pastors and I’ve been planning a big senior banquet coming up this weekend that has taken alot of my time away from editing. I’m VERY busy and also battling some health issues. So, please bear with me and be patient, I am working so hard❤️

Look at this adorable little baby doll that let me hang out with her and her parents! I did her daddy's senior session and their maternity shoot last year and have been so excited to meet her.
