One of my biggest tips for new photographers is to invest in education! I’ve been a photographer for nearly 15 years and I’m still learning new things on the reg!

I recently got the opportunity to attend the Color Pop workshop with She’s a master at creating colorful imagery and fully orchestrating shoots that are as eye catching as they are creative. I loved learning more about working with commercial brands and her process! And then of course meeting 14 other photographers from all over the US! What a cup filling experience! Keep an eye out for the final photos!

Jarom is headed to JAPAN as a missionary! We did a session to celebrate this huge new chapter! I loved his nods to the Japanese culture that he will soon be immersed in for 2 whole years. And the fact that he did a backflip to finish off his shoot ;-)
