Being a newborn photographer allows me some special privileges, like capturing the newborn photos of my family members. This is my great-niece. She made me work hard for her gallery, turns out she wasn’t a sleeper 😂 any photos where she looked asleep were merely blinks.

After many years out of the game I’ve gotten back into fostering kittens. I’ve had these guys a week now. They are recovering from a really horrible upper respiratory, it took a full 10 day dose of meds to get them sounding better. But they’re getting steadier on their feet every day! I forgot how much I loved this life.

People picked up the recent story about my niece and her daughter. LK was born with a rare condition limiting her ability to move and speak. We love these guys so much, they’re true fighters.
