In case you're wondering what can be accomplished in 15 minutes - this is one outfit in studio. We did another studio outfit for 15 minutes AND outdoor for 30 minutes. That's what a one hour session gets you and it's honestly such a great deal! If you're between outfits or you just can't decide between studio and outdoor, GIRL DO BOTH! This isn't even all the photos Bethany got with this dress, they're just my favorites. Her total gallery had 139 images! If you ever want to see a full gallery before booking, HIT ME UP. I'll share!

I LOVE newborn sessions so much. So adorable, so squishy, so perfect. But also, I have parents ask about skin, eye crusties, blemishes, and skin flakes. I fix all of that, no worries!
Newborn sessions are my fav and I know you want the world to see your little cutie the same way you do, complete perfection. ♥️

🥰There’s something so special about the clients that keep coming back. I’ve watched this family grow since their first maternity session and here we are at their third newborn.

I see babies come back as whole little people and parents evolve and change with each new baby. It’s an amazing thing to witness and I’m so grateful to be a part of it. 👶

Wherever you are in your story, it’s the perfect time to capture it. Nothing makes me happier than adding new stories to the library of families I’ve been able to meet. ♥️ 📖

🦶 WHO LET THE DOGS OUT?
LOL I know a lot of people will be cringing at that, but I’m over here DYING! 💀💀 As an avid shoe hater, I’m barefoot as often as possible. This includes indoor and outdoor sessions. So never feel bad for asking if I can edit something, cause I’m always editing something out, even if it’s just my toes. lol

HELLO!! 👋 I’m back after dropping off the Facebook the planet. I do this every once in a while 😬 It’s like a reset for my brain. BUT! It’s June which means two things:
The sticker for my car is expired, and more importantly:
ITS PRIDE MONTHHHHH!!!!!
Now, I know it’s just a month, but between the friends I have, the clients I book, and the social media and content I consume, it’s always pride month to me.
I don’t want to minimize pride month by saying that though. I absolutely LOVE that there is a full month in which we can celebrate our q***r friends and family to the absolute fullest. To all my q***r friends, I LOVE YOU! To all my q***r clients, thank you so much for trusting me, I love you, too!!
To all the other q***r people out there who just need to hear it, I LOVE YOU! Don’t let anyone dull your shine or steal your sparkle. You are perfect. PERIOD. ♥️ HAPPY PRIDE!!

Recently I’ve had a lot of client ask me about how to keep baby calm during their newborn session or if there’s anything they can do to prepare their baby. 👶

Newborns are already so sleepy, but here’s a few things you can do to help your baby sleep for their session. 📋

Keep your regular schedule: baby is already learning and adjusting, we don’t want to try to keep them awake in hopes that they will sleep, let them do their thing! ♥️

Feed your baby right before you come to your session. Sometimes a full belly and a car ride is the perfect recipe. 🚗

Make sure baby is in comfy somewhat loose clothing, a sleeper is PERFECT and also makes it easier to get them down to their diaper for wrapping. 😴

When you get to your session, we will make sure baby has a clean diaper, put them in an outfit if using one, swaddle them up, and do a quick milk/formula top off if needed. 🍼

Then you just get to sit back and relax and watch me create the cutest photos you’ve ever seen. 🥰

🌊Looking for a gorgeous creek spot to take photos in Central Illinois? Look no further! Mcnaughton Park in Pekin is the place to be!
The creek is seriously so pretty and makes for an amazing backdrop. Whether you’re photographing mamas in the water, seniors in the fields, or families finding cool rocks and shells - they’ll have a great time and you will too!
