Fall sessions are in full swing and I’m loving reconnecting with returning families… it’s especially fun when I get to capture kids at similar ages to my own (I know how they roll 😉, especially those little ornery 3 year old types) 🍁 Love the sweet sibling moments and personality in these pics, sweetest fam! 🧡

Mercedes was just a joy and so much fun. Her quirky and artsy vibe worked perfectly with our rustic, downtown backdrop. I love my senior girls, because they’re so easy to capture & it’s where I feel like I can really get creative in the best way. 💖

I might be biased but cutest fam ever. Although their dog, Ginger, MIGHT have stolen the show a bit. I love it that we took these in one of Morton’s best parks, given Tate helps keep them all functioning nicely, and the golden sunlight we had in this session was 🔥 Posting a few more to my Stories because some of my favorites were in portrait orientation, and didn’t crop the best into horizontal for this sneak peek ✨ would love for IG to let us post a mixture of both orientations (wished every photographer everywhere).

We had all four seasons during the course of this senior shoot (ok minus snow) but it gave us amazing sky backdrops to work with! As if the super cool property we were shooting on wasn’t enough… endless texture, scenes & nature beauty! Carson killed it and made my job super quick and easy. Senior guys are fun to photograph because there is zero fuss & we can just cruise through. Enjoy a peek!

She told me her style was whimsical. And not only is she every bit of that word with her fun hairstyles, playful details, bits of sparkle & unique outfits, but that’s actually my favorite adjective to capture. I’ve gotten to photograph the cutest families lately... the two kids in this family were the ages of my two oldest, so I felt right at home :) Loving these end-of-summer sessions with the warm sunny tones and blooming flowers.
