Another year on the farm! All 4 of these kids seem SO much older this year. I’ve been documenting them since their oldest was a newborn, so I’ve watched each one grow from itty bitty baby to who they are today. All of our photo shoots have taken place on this family farm over the years (with the exception of Jean’s newborn shoot!) It’s so special to have captured this place in various seasons, bloom cycles, weather patterns, animal appearances, and more. And then there is each child who lives there, and each is so unique! I can’t get over how every single time, their personalities just shine through their individual shots.

Enjoy a little sneak into our soft summer session this year... the sky was a bit white and gloomy, but it made for a softer, more subtle look this year.

You’d never know it was a million degrees out for this photo shoot. These twins rocked their senior session & had so many fun ideas. We had horses, fishing, flags, flowers, trucks, disc golf... so many great things to feature! Loved getting to spend an evening with these blue-eyed siblings, exploring all of their interests and trying not to melt under the July sun while we did it 😂 worth every second! It’s always surreal photographing someone who I took pictures of as a toddler... first, because TIME and second, because that must mean I’ve been doing this for a lonnnnnng time :) At any rate, it’s always an honor getting to capture a family for years upon years, and seeing kids grow. Haven has always been a beauty inside and out, and it was so fun to spend an evening with her and preserving what’s important to her in picture form. Little Freddy came to our photo session fast asleep! He wasn’t even too ruffled when we woke him up to take a bunch of pictures :) What a sweet boy. We also had the full Central IL weather experience during our photo shoot... rain, clouds, sunshine, and blue skies, all within a 30 minute window. The sweetest, cutest little baby who basically slept happily through our entire session. The very few times that she stirred, a paci calmed her right down and put her back to sleep. She made my job SO easy, and just look at her! I wanted to keep her :) but mom and dad and big sister kind of like her, too.
