I wanted to thank Anthony with Totally Tech Savvy. My main photo editing desktop decided to enter a boot loop as I was preparing to edit a client's time sensitive photos. I worked for hours to correct the issue. So I reached out to Totally Tech Savvy and Anthony said to bring it in for a diagnostics. Not wanting to disappoint my client I instantly loaded my "child" into the truck and off we went to see the doctor. Anthony worked tirelessly to try to get my computer back same day. Well at no fault to him the computer fought harder and was left overnight. Anthony communicated every step of the way and finally found the source to be my operating system SSD was on the way out and was intermittently causing the system to reboot. After a quick SSD swap and Totally reloading operating system and drivers he returned my child ready to reload the apps. I highly recommend the folks at Totally Tech Savvy for your computer issues. They are friendly, professional, and very cost effective. I was very surprised at pick up to find the price for parts and repairs were very affordable. Thank you for saving the day. Well im off to reloading apps and editing photos.
